The Opening (al-Fātiḥah)
In the name of the Beloved, most Gracious, most Merciful.
Praise to Him who shapes the weather of the world.
Most Gentle, most Patient.
Master of the Late Days.
With foreheads low, we open within to Your intercessions.
Light the Straightening Path.
The Way of those who live in the Mists of Your Pardon.
Who harbor no conflict
And who go not astray.
The Unity (al-Ikhlāṣ)
In the name of the Beloved, most Gracious, most Merciful,
Say: He is Truth, the One and Only.
All Light. Deathless. Ever-Present:
He Begets nothing, and Is not Born.
And there Is none like Him.
A River in Paradise (al-Kauthar)
In the name of the Beloved, most Gracious, most Merciful,
The Current of all Abundance Flows from Your Hands.
Therefore to this One, seeker, turn with a mark of surrender.
Those who do not, split themselves from the Future of all Beginnings.
Mankind (An-Nās)
In the name of the Beloved, most Gracious, most Merciful,
Say: I take refuge in the Master and Protector of mankind,
The Sacred King of mankind,
The Witness of mankind,
who Halts the mischief of the whisperer—
The one who murmurs in the heart,
who is none other than the merchant of fear.
Among jinns, among men.
The Daybreak (al-Falaq)
In the name of the Beloved, most Gracious, most Merciful,
Say: I cling to the Lord of the Dawn.
I am shaken loose from the vine of created things.
From the prism night as it overspreads.
From the venom of those who deny Mystery.
From the envious one, and his lure of shadows.
Divine Support (al-Naṣr)
In the name of the Beloved, most Gracious, most Merciful,
When comes the Help of the Beloved, and His Victory,
And we see the people enter His Temple in crowds,
Celebrate the Praises of the Hero and come to Him.
For He is All-Returning in Blessing and Reprieve.
The Declining Day (al-‘Aṣr)
In the name of the Beloved, most Gracious, most Merciful,
By the bondage of time and the ages, truly mankind is in loss.
Except those who take refuge, who walk the narrowing path.
Wed in the mutual teaching of Unity, resolute and quiet in the Emerging Light.
